We construct the enclosure of 304 stainless steel. And we coat it internally and externally with an 80μm-thick epoxy resin anti-corrosion coating. This coating is engineered to withstand the temperature fluctuations of North America’s mid-continental climate and salt spray corrosion during shipping. The enclosure features clear internal compartments, with independent mounting brackets for the reverse osmosis membrane module, control system, and water storage tank. ② We also conducted a 72-hour continuous operation test on the equipment, simulating the influent quality of a US customer’s site. We recorded key data such as water output and desalination rate to ensure performance met standards.

③ For transportation, we collaborated with Sinotrans Freight to develop a comprehensive plan. Factory-sealed packaging → Nansha Port customs clearance → Direct sea freight to the Port of Detroit → Customs clearance and delivery.
④ We used bubble wrap during packaging to prevent collisions during sea transportation. Waterproof film was also wrapped around the outermost layer of the box to prevent water ingress during transportation.
