We actually use Dow RO membrane elements. It can achieve a water production rate of up to 1000 L/h and a consistently high salt rejection rate of over 97%. The effluent quality not only meets the industrial pure water standards outlined in the US AAMI RD62 “Requirements for Medical and Pharmaceutical Water Treatment Systems,”. But directly meet the low impurity and low ion content requirements for cleaning automotive aluminum alloy parts.

Multi-media filtration (quartz sand + activated carbon) combined with a precision filter element (5μm). It effectively removes suspended solids, colloids, and some organic matter from the raw water. And it also reduces the risk of reverse osmosis membrane fouling. The control system also incorporates real-time monitoring of raw water turbidity and SDI values, automatically adjusting operating parameters when influent water quality fluctuates to ensure stable operation of the reverse osmosis system.

We construct the enclosure of 304 stainless steel. And we coat it internally and externally with an 80μm-thick epoxy resin anti-corrosion coating. This coating is engineered to withstand the temperature fluctuations of North America’s mid-continental climate and salt spray corrosion during shipping. The enclosure features clear internal compartments, with independent mounting brackets for the reverse osmosis membrane module, control system, and water storage tank. The enclosure’s removable door panel facilitates visual inspection of the equipment during transportation and upon arrival.

What preparations have we made for the equipment?

During the shipment preparation phase, we conducted multiple rounds of verification focused on “compliance and safety”.
① We completed the processing of the Certificate of Origin. Meanwhile, we translated the equipment’s operating manual. Such as maintenance procedures, troubleshooting guide, and other materials into English, including detailed part numbers and schematics.
② We also conducted a 72-hour continuous operation test on the equipment, simulating the influent quality of a US customer’s site. We recorded key data such as water output and desalination rate to ensure performance met standards.

③ For transportation, we collaborated with Sinotrans Freight to develop a comprehensive plan. Factory-sealed packaging → Nansha Port customs clearance → Direct sea freight to the Port of Detroit → Customs clearance and delivery.
④ We used bubble wrap during packaging to prevent collisions during sea transportation. Waterproof film was also wrapped around the outermost layer of the box to prevent water ingress during transportation.
