1. Raw water treatment:

Firstly, this water treatment system integrates a three-stage treatment process: pretreatment + deep filtration + sterilization and disinfection. It is suitable for various raw water types, including municipal tap water and groundwater.

In the pretreatment stage, a multi-media filter with a filtration accuracy of up to 5μm is used to remove suspended matter such as silt, rust, and residual chlorine from the raw water.

In the deep filtration stage, we use an reverse osmosis membrane and switch it according to water quality requirements to effectively remove heavy metal ions, microorganisms, and organic matter. Thus, the treated water meets drinking water standards.

In the sterilization and disinfection stage, we install an ultraviolet disinfection device to ensure that the effluent microbial indicators meet the standards.

The treated pure water is temporarily stored in food-grade stainless steel tanks with built-in level sensors, which are linked to the subsequent filling module for liquid supply.

2. Precision filling:

Secondly, it utilizes negative pressure quantitative filling technology, achieving a filling accuracy of ≤±0.5%. A built-in liquid level sensor in the liquid storage tank automatically triggers a liquid supply signal when the liquid level is low, ensuring continuous, uninterrupted filling.

The sealing module integrates a capping mode and an automatic cap loading track. After sealing, a negative pressure detector verifies the seal in real time.
The automatic labeling module is equipped with a rolling labeling head and supports self-adhesive labels. Labeling speeds match production line speeds.

Replace filling valve seals and UV lamps monthly, and lubricate and maintain servo motors quarterly to extend equipment life.
