Ultrafiltration UF systems is a membrane separation technology device that uses ultrafiltration membrane technology to purify and separate solutions.
It is an efficient fluid processing device that utilizes the selective permeability of ultrafiltration membranes to achieve precise filtration and separation. It not only is able to effectively remove particles, colloids, microorganisms, and large organic molecules from fluids. But Also,we can use UF systems for purification and concentration of solutions, separation and recovery of substances.
How do seawater ultrafiltration uf systems work?
1.Raw water pretreatment
Firstly, through pre-treatment equipment such as quartz sand filters, activated carbon filters, and precision filters, suspended solids, organic matter, residual chlorine, and other impurities in the raw water are removed to protect the ultrafiltration membrane from contamination.
2.Ultrafiltration membrane separation
Secondly, after pretreatment, the water enters the ultrafiltration host and is purified through the sieving effect of the ultrafiltration membrane.
3.Follow up processing
As needed, the water after ultrafiltration can be further disinfected, mineralized, and treated to improve water quality.
