Product Details
Box reverse osmosis systems integrates pretreatment, reverse osmosis membrane filtration, and post-treatment. The system adopts low-noise components and optimized structural design to further reduce the noise level during operation.
It has stable operation, simple operation and easy maintenance. Because, its movable and portable design is convenient for transportation and rapid deployment, energy-saving, environmentally friendly, safe and reliable. People widely use this product these in homes, offices, schools, hospitals and other places to meet the needs of different users.
How do box reverse osmosis systems work?
1. Pretreatment
Firstly, the raw water undergoes preliminary treatment through a pretreatment system (usually including a quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter, etc.). Remove large-particle impurities (such as sediment, rust) and residual chlorine from the raw water, while reducing the turbidity and content of some organic substances in the water.
2.Reverse Osmosis Membrane Separation
Secondly, the preliminarily purified water enters the high-pressure pump. After pressurization, it enters the reverse osmosis membrane module to create a pressure difference across the membrane. Using the membrane’s selective permeability, water molecules pass through the membrane pores into the pure water tank for temporary storage. While these impurities are retained on the other side and eventually discharged as concentrated water.
3.Post-Treatment
Finally, the preliminary pure water undergoes further treatment through a post-treatment system (usually including a post-positioned activated carbon filter, UV sterilizer, etc.).
How do box reverse osmosis systems look like?
What are the advantages of box reverse osmosis systems?
